Middle Temple hosts second event in Survive & Thrive series focusing on professional well-being

The second event in The Middle Temple's 'Survive & Thrive' series kicked off on 29 February 2016.

'How to think like the SAS, perform like an athlete and bounce-back like an entrepreneur' focused on providing expert advice on effective working styles and coping with difficulties within professional life.

Guest speakers included Andy McCann, one of the UK's leading Performance Coaches and Visiting Fellow at the Faculty of Health Sciences at Staffordshire University, James Pereira QC of Francis Taylor Building Chambers and renowned Journalist and Newsreader, Anna Ford.

The Survive and Thrive Programme provides a series of events spanning interests and topics which go beyond the parameters of the legal world.

Middle Temple has recognised that those working in the legal profession need to acquire ideas, skills and knowledge in order to broaden awareness and understanding of everything from macro business-level matters, to identifying ways to think, behave and work differently.

A video of the event is now available for members to watch here.

The series continues on 12 May 2016 with Social Media - What's the point & how to use it successfully.
