Masters of the Bench

Francis Fitzgibbon is a criminal practitioner based in London and Newcastle, acting predominantly for the defence in some of the most serious cases across the country. He also sits as an Immigration Judge in the First Tier Tribunal (Immigration & Asylum Chamber). He was Chair of the Criminal Bar Association of England & Wales for 2016-2017. He is a regular contributor to the London Review of Books on legal matters, and to the Times.
