Middle Temple International Students' Society

Students of the Inn have recently founded the Middle Temple International Students' Society (MTISS).

One of the society's aims is to provide mentorship to Middle Temple's international students who travel to the United Kingdom for the first time with the purpose of joining a Bar Vocational Course. Mentorship is different from sponsorship in that mentorship aims to provide advice and guidance on the more mundane aspects of living in Britain.

It is hoped that involvement in MTISS at student level might in time lead to establishing local/ regional societies for Middle Templars' in home jurisdictions around the world.

Inspired by the celebrations surrounding the 2008 anniversary, we are working on a commemorative magazine. Reza Jaufeerally outlines what is planned in his letter.
